About me
Hello, my name is Tiffany. I'd love to help you work towards healing, self-knowledge and growth.
I am passionate about listening deeply and empathically so that people feel heard and understood. I believe this is crucial in the journey towards knowing ourselves and discovering our meaning and purpose. My role involves assisting you to identify and work through the issues that prevent you from living a healthy life on your terms.

I bring my lived experience and my formal education to the therapy process. I use an integrated approach and researched-backed techniques to ensure your individual needs are met – this means your therapy is customised for you to get the most out of it. My desire is to give you the resources you need to meet your challenges head-on, build inner strength, and thrive in life.
I value learning and love to share with you what might apply to your life. I attend professional development workshops and participate in peer & clinical supervision regularly to hone my skills, enrich my knowledge & stay up to date with research.

The therapeutic relationship is unique & quite different to friend/family relationships. My goal is to be non-judgmental, curious & objective to help you gain insight & grow to be the person you wish you could be. I feel honoured & privileged to witness people’s growth and invite you to take that first courageous step.

The skills we need to live life well don't come naturally, and often our family of origin isn’t able to add enough of what we need either.

It’s up to us to learn the skills along the way – to recognise and evaluate
what’s working for us and what’s not.

Therapy is a safe place to work on learning about yourself and what you
need to create a life that you love living.

A life where you can thrive, not just survive.

Is it hard work?
Yes.
Is it worth it?
Definitely.
Perhaps it’s time to find a safe place to figure it all out.
Take courage, you can do this – and you don’t have to do it alone.
